Ordering

We use Paypal for all our International and Australian transactions.This is the safest and cheapest option for you if you wish to use your credit card. Due to certain quirks with our shopping cart software, the amount will be converted to US dollars and charged as US currency. The actual amount should be the same, though.

If you are in Australia, we also offer Direct Bank Transfer as well as Postal Orders. We will contact you, if you choose one of these options, with further details.

If you would like to use an alternative payment option, send us an email with the description of the item you wish to purchase and your contact details. We will call you back as soon as possible to confirm your order and arrange payment.

Delivery

All our delivery costs are based on Australia Post's Postage guide.

We like to keep postage costs to a minimum because we know you would rather spend your money on the product instead of the stamps. For Australians, you have a choice of Regular Post or Express Post. For our International buddies, we will use Airmail. If you prefer an alternative method of postage, please contact us and we will calculate the cost separately for you.

Exchanges and Refunds

We will happily exchange any item of our wearable art if you have any sizing issues. Item must be in as-new condition. Please include the invoice that is included in the parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery - unworn and unwashed.

Unfortunately, our original artwork cannot be exchanged. We will refund your money, though, if you are not completely happy with the piece. Artwork must be returned in original condition, unmarked, within 2 weeks of delivery.

Also, please note that due to printing processes, the actual colours may differ slightly to what is shown on the website.
